Primary use at Night, Cooler weather, Out on NON work related needs. Lots of great comments about the jackets, Extrememly reflective even with the custom logos that are reflective. Little bulky , Likes to bunch up at the waste. Zipper can be a pain from time to time. I would give this a 9 ot of 10. Plans to purchase more

I had problems with the zipper from day 1 so I called customer service and they were on the ball for customer satisfaction. They sent me out a brand new jacket to correct the problem. I have not had any problems since receiving the new jacket. I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service
