 Our Customer of the Month for April, 2009 is Chris Dalton of Tomy & Tony's Auto Repair and Wrecker Service, Clarksville, Tennessee. About Chris Dalton: Chris started in the towing business as a Yardman about 17 years ago and has moved through the ranks to light duty, rollbacks and now heavys. His fleet includes 1 heavy, and 2 rollbacks. There are 5 employees in the company that cater to local police and military contracts. Chris's favorite truck is his 1989 Mack with a 4024 body. He describes this truck as a "powerhouse" that you don't see much these days. Most Interesting Story: Chris had a difficult time deciding which story to share since there have been so many of them, but one sticks out in his mind...He recalls being summoned to an accident where a car struck a horse. Sadly, the police officer on the scene had to shoot the horse and it was Chris's job to haul the body to a burial spot. No one would claim ownership of the animal so it was taken to county property where it was laid to rest. Chris tell us that there's much more to the story, and that he would be willing to give the full account to anyone interested. Community Involvement: Chris is active with the local High Schools, the Shriners and local Baseball Teams. He is viewed as an up-standing citizen in the community and represents his profession in a professional manner.
