 Our Customer of the Month for February, 2009 is Lynn Harper of Harper's Wrecker Service, in Martin, TN. ABOUT THE COMPANY: Harper's Wrecker Service was established in 1986 as a light duty towing and recovery operation with storage, lock-out and reposession services. Harper's currently owns 3 Wheel-lift Wreckers, 1 Rollback and 1 Car Hauler. They employ 4 people. Lynn's favorite truck is his 2003 Silverado Ext Cab / Century 312a. He says it has plenty of room for the customers along with an auto-load wheel lift and twin line for recovery. Most Interesting Story: In Lynn's words..."There are so many to tell, all are interesting but one that stands out in my mind is several years ago at Christmas, the Deptartment of Parks & Recreation set up a charity event called Santa's Village. The night of the Christmas Parade, I received a phone call from the Director of Parks & Recreation for help. It seemed that when the parade was over, Santa's Sleigh had to go to the Winter Wonderland Forest so Santa could visit with the kids. Well long story short, they didn't make the path wide enough for the Sleigh to get into the Wonderland Forest,so they asked us to move it to its destination. We had to use the dollys on the wreckers to balance and push it through the winding forest to its resting place at the end of the forest." Awards and Commendations: 2008 Order of Towman recently given in Baltimore, Maryland. Lynn was one of 90 selected to recieve the award. 1995 American Towman ACE Award. 1996 Tow Times Beauty contest 3rd place Light Duty.
