Two-way pump siphons and dispenses. Equipped with a drain hole to remove water and contaminants. Two inch filler neck allows for bulk filling. 10 inch wheels maneuver easily. Heavy gauge welded steel construction with an epoxy powder coat. Features a ground wire and clamp and a firescreened vent and gauge.
