towed vehicle rides on its own suspension with no hooks to pull or bend the vehicle. Completed adjustable to any size car or light truck tire. This system comes complete with four PVB coated Tow Pro wheel restraints and four wide handle ratchets with 12" of

The straps are great. They adjust to fit almost any tire. They have a large wear pad which keeps metal parts on the inside of the tire from cutting the straps. The ratchets that come with them are garbage. I purchased them about 2 months ago. I used them daily up until all 4 ratchets were locked up and would not turn. One will not reverse when you release the lock. The other 3 will not bind the straps without a quick, forceful, jerking motion. I currently use the straps with some [@] ratchets I have owned for 2 years
