The Starburst™ Mini Strobe has a polycarbonate base and lens, o-ring seals, and a quick snap lens that makes for easy-off speedy field repairs. The permanent/pipe mount includes a 6" short wire and vinyl eye shield. The permanent/pipe mount has 3 holes around the base to screw or bolt permanently or a hole on the middle of the base w/ threads to mount to a 1/2" pipe mount.
