Comments about QUICK CABLE QuickCable iStart Li-ion Portable Power Pack:

I bought 2 of these to use at a car auction to check mileage/jump start dead batteries. The power pack supplies enough power to last a full day but the components are not heavy duty enough to stand up to daily use. The buttons began breaking off of the case and the case separated. The terminal cables frayed and began falling out of the plug. I really think that for occasional use these small packs are the way to go but for daily usage, they aren't designed rugged enough to last. I had to replace both after 3 months of use.
