18"W x 18" paddle is made of heavy duty PVC material with 3M Engineer grade reflective sheeting on both sides. 16 red alternate flashing LEDs on the "STOP" side and 16 amber LEDs on the "SLOW" side. 7 inch long handle and 72 inch long staff to rest on the ground to minimize fatigue. Built-in motion sensor turns off LEDS automatically when the paddle faces downward. Manual on/off switch. Operations on 3 C-cell batteries (not included).
