Q: How do I know if I was approved for Open Account?
If approved, your order will go through like any other order and you will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is processed. If you are not approved, you will be contacted by email. If we need more information from you, we'll contact you by email.

Q: How do I find out what my credit limit is?
As part of our no hassle $1,000 business line of credit program, your credit limit will be established at $999. A credit application is required for a credit limit higher than $999. Please contact our credit department with any questions regarding credit limits.

A credit application is required when a customer goes over the $999 limit established under our no hassle $1,000 business line of credit program.
Q: How long does it take to review a credit application?
Please allow 24–48 hours for a credit review. We will contact you if your review will take more than 48 hours.
Q:How do I request a credit limit increase?
Contact our credit department for a credit application, or to request a review of your account for an increase.
Q: Which credit agencies do you report to?
We report to Dun & Bradstreet and Cortera on a monthly basis.
Q: When should I pay my invoice if I want my payment history reported to the credit agencies?
For reporting purposes, do not pay your invoice in the same calendar month in which you received the order. For example, if you received your order in March, please wait until April to pay your invoice. This will ensure that your payment gets reported to the credit bureau agencies.
